Presented here a dark navy peacoat from 2004 by COMME DES GARCONS' discontinued line ROBE DE CHAMBRE. Produced in a dark navy wool blend with a faint, narrow stripe, this coat has been padded with a layer of batting to produce a puffy, boxy shape. The coat is cropped short, with the hem left raw to create the impression that the coat was cut off from an original, longer garment. The coat can be worn multiple ways, for example with the collar folded down or buttoned up.
